I for one will never spend another dime at this location again. When I asked how he was doing he said, «I’d be better if you drank my coffee.» When I explained that I couldn’t have caffeine because I was pregnant he simply said, «oh.» Needless to say, the customer service at this location is terrible and the food is nothing to get excited about. He asked how I was doing and I said well. As a result, the owner gave me a hard time about not ordering coffee at the window. I ordered only a sandwich once because I was pregnant and couldn’t have caffeine. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location either. And when I ordered the cinnamon spice coffee, there was so much flavoring in it that it wasn’t even drinkable. 69 medium coffee, I’d have to order a sandwich that I don’t really want that costs «at least 75 cents more.» These owners are seriously the worst. And nowhere in the pre-recorded message is this specified.

I then asked if what he was saying was that you have to order their most expensive sandwiches to get free coffee, to which he says, yes, like at least 75 cents more. He explained that there’s a more expensive vegetarian option that would fall under the deal. So I asked if that meant that a vegetarian or someone who cannot eat meat would not eligible for the free coffee deal. When I asked about it, the owner said the sandwich has to have meat on it. When I paid, I was charged for the medium coffee. This morning, the pre-recorded drive thru message said «free medium coffee with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich.» So I ordered an egg and cheese croissant sandwich with a medium coffee. They are painfully obvious about the fact that all they want to do is make as much money as possible. It really has more to do with the ownership and service than with the product quality. I wish I could give this location less than one star. I’m done giving this company chances, and vow to never visit another location again. Rude customer service - and poor quality food.
I’ve experienced similar situations at other Dunkin donuts over the past few years. You should see this woman… She is fiesty and clearly hates dealing with people.
Then I drove away to find I was given Texas toast! I honestly think she did it on purpose. I was impressed he tried to make up for her abrasive approach, and I left feeling like she was a bad seed, but that they were making every effort. When I pulled up the manager apologized and said they would be giving me the flat bread and even offered me free hash browns. Keep in mind the image on the coupon was of an English muffin. I asked if I could get something else, and she said no she had already put it into the system. She said that since I had a coupon I had no choice. I asked if there were other options as I would have preferred a flat bread. When I asked what my options were she said she was giving me a croissant. 99 breakfast sandwich when I went through the driving thru this morning. Don’t send out coupons if you are going to treat customers who redeem them like second rate citizens.
